GETTING INVOLVED
153rd Street Elementary School teachers, staff, parents, and students take pride in our school. Our scores are rising, our students are excelling in every way, our campus is looking sharper than ever, and our parents are volunteering at record numbers! We are an amazing community united in one goal: to provide the best well-rounded education for the whole child.
The ELAC and SSC organizations are organizations that provide leadership and direction for different groups within 153rd Street Elementary. These organizations are comprised of parents, teachers, and administrators, and they are open to the public. All parents and community members are invited to attend any of these meetings to learn more about what is occurring at the school, what decisions are being made, and how money is being allocated to different resources.
